Mealworms are suitable for reptiles, amphibians, arachnids, birds, and some small mammals.
Each bag contains approximately 1kg of mini mealworms (Tenebrio molitor), this is a great food for your pet.
They are 15-18mm and are packed in ventilated bags with a bran substrate.
Storage requirements:
When you recieve your mealworms if possible empty in to a larger container with smooth sides stops mealworms escaping.
Store in a cool / dry area. (70-75F or 21-24C) Gut loading the mealworms will keep them alive longer and give them the nutriants to pass on to your animal. We sell gut loading ready mix products as well as calcium.
